"tselem elohim be nashim", Hebrew for "the image of God in women", is a book I curated, designed, and hand bound. It is a collection of writings and photos from women and non–binary people. Each contributor seeks to make sense of faith and identity by presenting the image of God within themselves.
This book was created out of the need for more publications that depict an image of God that is not white, cis–gendered, male, or heterosexual. The book instead showcases the strength, richness, and resilience of voices often silenced. The purpose of this book is not to be opposed to images of God that already exist, but rather to expand the imagination of who God is.
