All Access was created to approach accessible storytelling through the lens of 2D and 3D design. The main component of the project is the website, www.allaccess.site, which aims to be radically accessible as well as educational through high configurability, audio transcriptions, and explanations of features. Accompanying the site are two physical components—a zine and a set of tactile images. The zine has all the same content as the site and is intended for people who are more comfortable reading printed words; the tactile images help people who have vision impairments understand what the writers look like.
Seed to Plate
Seed to Plate is an interactive publication that takes new gardeners through the process of growing, preserving and cooking with their own herbs. Handmade seed paper, vibrant watercolor illustrations, and handwritten tips create a unique warmth and crafted feel. An accompanying recipe booklet, found inside the front cover, contains cards for all the included recipes—perfect for easy access in the kitchen or sharing with friends.
The Grind - An Exhibition About Sex
The Grind is a pop-up coffee shop and exhibition on sex aimed at giving college students a newer, more inclusive and positive take on sexual education. Using the metaphor that safe and consensual sex is as easy as ordering coffee, we created a comfortable and conversational space covering subjects from consent to masturbation.
Designed to be a mailer, this booklet was created to inform Seattle residents of the recent legislation and work that the city and its private partners are doing to address the local homelessness crisis.
